Complimentary Gift Redemption

We really appreciate you for participating in our FREE Water Test Program and giving us your honest opinions & feedback under The Water Awareness Program.  In order to redeem your complimentary gift you will need a completed “Homeowner’s Reaction Report” showing our Water Technician’s sign off that all adults in the household that were present at the time of the visit participated along with the specifics of the gift you were offered. 

On that form, you will find your redemption code to be entered into one of the fields below.  Without that code, we cannot honor your gift request.

Additionally, as per the terms of the offer, and regardless of the Water Technicians sign off, anyone who is a deed/title holder (i.e. “Homeowner”) regardless of whether or not they live in the home as well as all adults (title holder or not) living in the home must have fully participated in the testing and given their separate feedback at the end.  If it is determined that one or more of the adults and/or one or more of the homeowners were not present (or were present but didn’t participate), we cannot and will not honor this gift request.

Once you submit the form, depending on your choice of how to receive your complimentary gift (digitally or by mail), it will take 7 to 14 days to process and send out to you.  Bear in mind that if you choose a physical gift card it could take several weeks to reach you.  Thank you.
